DIEZ VISTAS

This is an adventure away from the city and gives you a different perspective of the views of Indian Arm. Instead of sitting on Quarry Rock looking out into, you’re looking into Deep Cove from the other side. Buntzen Lake is a beautiful area with various other hikes that we have yet to discover. This is a favourite and accessible all year round as it isn’t too far above sea level. Some of the other peaks around here are too high and covered in snow during the winter months.
Alltrails suggest doing the loop counterclockwise, but we like to do it clockwise. That way you get all your climbing and elevation out of the way and walk back on the mostly flat busy side of the lake flushing out your legs.
