SNOW WALLS

Whistler Blackcomb clears the access road (Pika’s and Matthew’s Traverse) to the top of Peak Chair, creating these incredible snow walls. They can be reached by hiking up Pika’s Traverse from the Roundhouse. If you don’t want any complaining from the children, we recommend you taking Peak Chair up and hiking down.

The walls are the tallest between the Harmony Inukshuk and the top of Harmony Chair and it’s the perfect family outing between seasons.

These photos were taken late June by which point a lot of it has already melted so hurry before they’re gone for another year.
