CROOKED FALLS

6.9 km | 490 m | 2.5 hours

Crooked Falls is a short hike, but it’s quite an adventure getting to the trail head. It’s a good 20-30 min drive off the HWY from Brackendale. Most of the road is paved so you only need to go off roading for the last 3 km or so. The road is gravel, but in good condition so any car will make it just fine. This is grizzly country so make sure you are prepared.

Cross the bridge from where you parked and your trailhead will be to the left just. It isn’t well marked so have Alltrails open so not to miss it. The rest is easy and the the view of the falls beautiful.

For the apes make sure you stop at Fergie’s Cafe on your way out. Brunch is served 7 days a week up until 3pm. Nothing like a gourmet meal after a long hike.
